Analysis of fluorescent markers
TissueQuest provides three analysis modes:
- Cell-based (nucleus, cytoplasm, membrane)
- Stained areas
- Small dots (e.g. FISH)
Context-based analysis can be done by manually drawing regions of interest. TMA can be detected and analyzed on imported files.
