This combination makes real analyses that were impossible when previously using both technics separately. You can now phenotype your cells and analyze the localization of your markers with up to 12 fluorescent channels and 80+ imaging parameters with a complete masking configuration. Moreover, the flow cytometry part gives microscopy its stronger statistical significance thanks to the high number of events you can record.
